Dairy Homogenizer Characteristics
Homogenizer is a kind of homogenizing and emulsifying machine for mixed liquid products (in liquid-liquid phase or liquid-solid phase). It could improve the stability of the liquid and taste. Homogenized liquid is more smooth and more easily digestible. The homogenizer widely used for milk, yogurt, ice cream, fruit juice, herb drink and so on, widely used in food, dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical, fine chemicals and bio-technology and other fields of production, scientific research and technological development, etc.
Pressure through an adjustable current-limiting gap process, the formation of loss of pressure expansion, explosion, shear, combined effect of high-speed collision, the particles and liquid droplets shatter into very small size, while creating an ideal solution or dispersion of emulsion. This process sets ultrasonic mill, colloid mill, ball mill, jet principle and other functions in one machine. Product stability, consistency, mixed, and easy absorption, nutritional value, shelf life, flavor, color, security activities are realized in the homogeneous process.
For milk, soy milk and other dairy production, the liquid fat dairy products can significantly refined the ball, making it easy digestion and absorption after eating products to improve the food value.

Dairy Homogenizer WORKING THEORY:
The working method of SAMRO homogenizer as following, when product is flowing through the adjustable valve, the particles or droplets present in mixed fluids with high pressure will be subdivided into the very smallest sizes (diameter Φ=0.1~0.2 um, average Φ ≤1um) because of pressure decrease, expansion, explosion, cutting and high-speed impacting etc., then the emulsions or dispersions could be produced. This process refers to the following Fig.
Through homogenizing the stability, easy-absorb, long-life, taste and color etc. of product could be realized.
A: Power End
1.1 Driving: two-stage gear box;first stage, the triangle belt drive, second stage, crank gear symmetrical transmission; Special alloy bearing, bilateral Rolling bearing, horizontal smooth, low noise, mechanical efficiency is increased by about 10% on average.
1.2 Lubricating: Automatic splash lubrication, safe and reliable.
B. Liquid End
1.1 Pump: three way type, gland radial self sealing, durable, no leakage.
