First, align the plunger assembly with the pump body, ensuring the piston rod seats properly into the crankshaft. Tighten the mounting bolts evenly in a cross pattern to avoid misalignment.

Next, install the inlet and outlet valves into their respective chambers. Double-check the orientation of the valve seats—sharp edges must face inward for optimal sealing. Secure them using the provided gaskets and torque to manufacturer specifications.

Attach the high-pressure seals to the plunger rod, applying a thin layer of food-grade lubricant to reduce friction. Slide the seal assembly into the pump housing, ensuring no debris enters the system.

Finally, connect the pressure relief valve and safety guard. Perform a preliminary test run without load to verify smooth operation. Always refer to the technical manual for torque values and safety guidelines."
