WORKING THEORY:

A: Power End
1.1 Driving: two-stage gear box;first stage, the triangle belt drive, second stage, crank gear symmetrical transmission; Special alloy bearing, bilateral Rolling bearing, horizontal smooth, low noise, mechanical efficiency is increased by about 10% on average.
1.2 Lubricating: Automatic splash lubrication, safe and reliable.
B. Liquid End
1.1 Pump: three way type, gland radial self sealing, durable, no leakage.
1.2 Plunge: 3 plunge, durable, safe, easy dis-assembly.
1.3 Checking valve: Poppet valve in and out each 3 sets, total 6 sets, Durable, reliable, make sure flow is over rated flow.
1.4 Pressure control: one diaphragm gauge assembly, control high pressure and low pressure.

Manual operating Homogenizer
Two-stage homogenizing system with manual pressure adjustment is easy to use. It is your economic choice.
Hydraulic operating Homogenizer
The hydraulic control system is developed to adjust the homogenizer pressure, and it is easy to upgrade to remote control system by changing to proportional valves.
Pneumatic operating Homogenizer
The pneumatic control system is developed for the homogenizer, and it is easy to upgrade to remo.
Spare parts:
Checking valve: the conical valve is applicable for the most product material. The valve material can vary according to customer’s requirement for different working condition or CIP cleaning. The ball valve is applicable for product material of high viscosity.
Homogenizing valve: made of tungsten – Cobalt – Titanium alloy or erosion-resisting cemented carbide. It is applicable for 0-1000 bar homogenizing pressure and CIP cleaning.
Sealing: packing seal and V-section seal are available for different homogenized materials.
Plunger: Made of erosion-resisting stainless steel hardened smooth surface to achieve long life practice in dairy demonstrates that the life is 6000-10000 hours.

Plunger:the 4th generation stainless alloy(PH-type).
